Tracy Amanda Hales, born on March 14, 1991, passed away on January 30, 2025. She was a beloved daughter, mother, and sister. Tracy is survived by her mother, Beulah Lewis, her son, Roman Vincent Hales, her daughter, Naomi Natasha Hales, her brothers, Edward and Eric Lewis, and her sisters, Carlyn Brown and Keisha Baker. She was predeceased by her father, Ronald V. Hales. Tracy was a devoted Christian and an active member of the Victory Assembly church. Her faith and dedication to her family and community will be remembered by all who knew her.
