Samuel J. Willis, Jr., born on April 22, 1933, in Atlanta, Georgia, passed away on October 3, 2025. He was a resident of East Norriton, Pennsylvania. Samuel was a dedicated Area Supervisor of Operations at the Philadelphia Housing Authority. He served his country proudly in the Navy.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia M. Lee - Willis, and his daughters, Tanya Willis and Stephanie Willis. He also leaves behind his sisters, Jacqueline Mann and Aundria Polk, as well as a grandchild, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Samuel was predeceased by his parents, Samuel J. Willis, Sr. and Eddie Verna Johnson - Willis.

A memorial service will be held at Deliverance Evangelistic Church, located at 2100 West Lehigh Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19132. The service will begin at 11:00 am on Friday, October 24, 2025.
