George Cleveland Rabb, Jr., lovingly known as Happy, passed away on September 29, 2026, in Abington, Pennsylvania, at the age of 58. He was born on September 24, 1968, in Washington, D.C., and carried through his life a presence reflected in the warmth of the name by which so many knew him.

George was a high school graduate who built a life rooted in work, family, and steady commitment. He served as a foreman with the Philadelphia Water Department, a role that spoke to his responsibility, leadership, and dedication. His life was marked by the quiet strength found in showing up, working hard, and standing for those who depended on him.

At the heart of George’s life was his family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Nyfisa Rabb, née Hodges, and by their children, daughters Hassheh Rabb, Asma Rabb, and Ny’Ashia Rabb, and sons Abdul Rabb and Aziz Rabb. He is also survived by his brother, Jonathan Rabb; his sister, Marcella Rabb; and his aunt, Maragret Rabb. In their love for him, and in the bond they shared as a family, his memory will continue to live on with deep tenderness and pride.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Naomi Rabb, née Strothers, and his father, George Rabb, Sr. Their memory remained a part of his own life’s story, and now he is remembered alongside them with love and honor.
