Elisabeth V. Williams, born on May 4, 1944, in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2026, at Temple University Hospital.

Beloved daughter of Vernon V. Young and Gwendolyn Johnston, Elisabeth dedicated her life to education, serving the Philadelphia School Board with passion and commitment.
