Cheryl Denise Turner, born on December 27, 1957, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, passed away on July 15, 2025. She was a beloved wife to Elijah Brown and a devoted mother to her son, Kenneth Smith - Dowdy, Jr., and daughter, Darlene Turner. Cheryl was also a cherished sister to Richard Washington, Jr., Helen Brookins, and Vivian Washington. Her legacy continues through her four grandchildren, who brought immense joy to her life.
