Carole Sutton Peace, born on January 26, 1941, in Jamaica Queens, New York, passed away on March 5, 2025. She was a dedicated social worker employed by DHS and served in the Army Reserve. Carole was a beloved mother to her sons, Warren Peace, Jr. and Andre Peace, and her daughter, Tonya Hale. She is also survived by her brothers, William Peake and Samuel Peace, and her sisters, Thelma Peake, Lucille Peake, and Shirley Elaine Grey. Carole was a proud grandmother to seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, Carl Hinton and Ruth Sutton. Carole's life was marked by her commitment to her family and her community.
